Our Development Programs
We offer onboard and distance workshops to enhance behavioral and managerial competencies for Deck, Engine and Hotel Senior Managers and Assistants.
We provide both in-person and remote Individual Development Programs for Top Managers, Senior and Middle Managers in Deck, Engine and Hotel Departments.
We also provide assessment and training for Care Team Members and Coordinators, as well as training for onboard HR and Guest Relation Managers. Finally, we offer a training program to help internal professionals effectively manage the assessment and development processes.
